Value. I am empowering teams to solve real problems and deliver value to our customers and the business through customer expertise and high-impact metrics. Therefore I am driven by product outcome, and not feature factory output.
Viability. We know how to do time to market since we know about the technology and our capacity, the question that motivates me is rather time to money. I partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to find the answer.
Design excellence. I have an aptitude for well-crafted products, delightful experiences, and pixel pushing that seals the deal. I love vibe coding and Figma Make, building, testing, and shipping all the way to a customer smile.
Customer expertise. Whether we are building a completely new proposition or reforging an existing feature, I have to understand the customer by working data-driven, to combine numbers and behavior patterns with qualitative insights.

As a result of the covid-19 pandemic and the raising mental illness in society, I launched my own non-profit organization where 90% of the turnover went directly to the Tim Bergling Foundation and Suicide Zero.

We raised 45MSEK to launch Humlakortet, the first debit Mastercard in Sweden rewarding customers for paying with their own money. A completely new proposition with financial sustainability in mind.
