Did you know that Tardigrada is the only animal that survives in space?

Tardigrada is a tribe within the animal kingdom. They are very small, between 0.05 and 1 mm. The sluggish insects are mainly aquatic, although they are also found on land in, for example, moss. They are characterized by four clawed "legs", which are used for walking or climbing on the ground. This makes them look like small chubby bears, which is the origin of the name "bear animal".
